Ingredients for four portions

  1. Half a cup of Splenda sugar substitute
  2. One and a half cup of low calorie soy sauce
  3. Half a cup of sesame oil
  4. 10 cloves of garlic
  5. Four ounces fresh chopped ginger
  6. Four ounces of chopped fresh lemon grass
  7. Two chopped green onions
  8. Four boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  9. 20 asparagus, without the hard part of the stem

Preparation
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until fully incorporated. Dip the chicken breasts and let them rest for seven hours or overnight.

Remove the breasts from the marinade. Heat a pan with a little sesame oil. Add the breasts and roast them for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are fully cooked. Grill the asparagus for three to four minutes or until lightly tender.
