Broccoli with white bean dip

Do you have digestive problems? An excellent food to end with these annoyances such as empacho is the white bean, which is a good source of protein and carbohydrates.

According to Atlas of the Plants of the Traditional Mexican Medicine of the UNAM , the bean can also be used to reduce skin problems, gyneco-obstetric problems (amenorrhea) or as a remedy for headaches.

It is even recommended to ingest them when there is some accumulation of blood somewhere inside the body.

Its nutritional properties are related to its high protein content and to a lesser extent to its carbohydrate contribution (100 grams of raw beans contribute 52 to 76 grams), vitamins and minerals.

It is also a good source of fiber, whose value varies from 14 to 19 grams in each 100 grams of raw food; as well as calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, vitamins, thiamine, niacin and folic acid. Enjoy all these nutrients in the following recipe.
