3 exercises for your spine

When talking about exercise or physical activity , few people imagine or visualize their back. A body zone, which for many is not appreciated, but which is vital not only to perform daily activities, but for physical well-being.

Bad posture at work, in the office and even when you sit in front of the TV or eat can damage and affect your spine. Thus, GetQoralHealth offers you three exercises that will help you keep it in good condition.

1. With the flat back on the floor . Slowly drop your knees first to one side and then to the other. Try knees to touch the floor at the side without lifting either of the two shoulders off the floor. Repeat this exercise several times for 15 minutes.

2. Sitting on a chair. With the back straight, cross one leg over the other and turn the waist and shoulders first to one side and then to the other.

3. On knees. Get on your knees and rest your palms on the floor. Put your back straight as if forming a table, lower your waist as much as you can and finally tilt it up without taking off your hands or knees from the floor. Repeat this exercise several times.

In each of the exercises, remember, keep a quiet breath. Do not do them hastily, you can cause injury. These exercises will help you strengthen the muscles that surround the lumbar area; besides avoiding back pains.

Add to your day a 30-minute dose of physical activity , can make a big difference in your life.
