World Health Day 2011

In November 2010 the World Health Organization (WHO) presented the main conclusions of the World Health Report 2010 among which he assured that millions of people suffer Y they die because they do not have money to pay for healthcare. Another 100 million are thrown into the poverty because they have had to pay directly for receiving health care.

Even countries where traditionally health services have been accessible and affordable are finding it increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the people . The populations age , more and more people suffer chronic diseases and new and more appear expensive treatments and, meanwhile, health ministers from all over the world are struggling to respond to the demand for health care at an affordable price for the population.

As shown in the following video for WHO, the main challenge is a global health opening.
