Rest the knees and forearms on the floor. Lift the left leg with the knee bent. Hold this position. When you raise the leg, it inspires; when you lower it exhale. Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise, with the right leg. Make four sets of 15 repetitions on each side.
Keep the previous position. Extend the left leg backwards, inspire and lift it as high as possible, then lower it. Repeat four series of 15 exercises.
Stand in profile, with one leg in front and one back. Put your hands on the waist. Flex both knees. Go up and down 15 times on each side. Do four sets of 15 repetitions.
Lie face down. Separate your legs, like a "V", and put your arms close to your body. Lift one leg, while bending the knee. Return to the initial position. Make four sets of 15 repetitions.
Lie on your side, support a hand in front of your chest. Flex the leg flat on the floor and lift it up while lowering the upper leg. Perform three sets of 10 repetitions for each side.
Also, try to use the stairs whenever you have the chance, because this activity will help you tone your buttocks without extra effort.
