Smile fights stroke

The famous British writer William Shakespeare He once wrote: "It is easier to get what you want with a smile than with the tip of the sword". And he is right, because a smile not only opens the doors and facilitates our path in the workplace and social, but it has great importance in the care of our health.

According to a study conducted in the University of Michigan , there is a strong correlation between the optimistic attitude reflected in a smile and the prevention of strokes, such as stroke. The optimism points were measured in the study and each point revealed a 9% decrease in the risk of developing any cerebrovascular disease. This decrease is attributed to the fact that a positive attitude improves the decision-making regarding health, for example, eating a healthy diet, exercising, taking vitamins or attending the doctor regularly.
