4. Stretch your legs back and lean on the balls of your feet. The key is that your back is straight in the initial position and that it remains straight during the whole exercise. Slowly bend your arms until your elbows are at a 90 degree angle.

5. Sit on a chair with your back straight. Take a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your elbows flexed and from this position start to open your arms to the sides.
