Know the usefulness of the diets of only one fruit

The monodietas are those weight loss diets that are based on the ingestion of a single food, being so drastic is advisable that you always consult a doctor to avoid possible health mishaps.

For example, there is the monodiet of the pineapple , papaya , artichoke , watermelon and of any type of fruit, since its purpose is to detoxify the body, to eliminate unnecessary fats in the body.

However, these are not recommended and less for a long time, because the body enters a phase of nutritional imbalance, by eating only one food.

In this sense, the nutritionist and food expert, Juan Carrillo states that the monodietas do not work, because only a product is ingested; it lacks others and nothing else is lost water:

"The problem is that people want to lose in a day or a week, all the bad habits they have had for years; the monodietas can generate a decompensation in the organism ".
