Back exercises vs. stress

Back pain? The Medical Center of the University of Maryland indicates that stress can be a factor that increases the likelihood that you suffer from this evil, common in our society by the accelerated pace of life that takes.

In addition to suffering, back pain can contribute to injuries that in the long term affect the development of daily activities. Thus, GetQoralHealth presents you with three exercises that can help you avoid this discomfort and free yourself from stress:

1. Column stretch. Sit on a bench or chair, without your back touching the backrest. Slowly drop your pelvis backwards, allowing the rest of your body to respond to the change in posture. Be careful not to bend your neck too much.

2. Stretching of muscles. Face up, with your back flat on the floor, bring one knee to your chest while keeping the other stretched out on the floor. Hold the position for about 15 seconds and change legs.

3. Arm stretch. Get on your knees with your hands on the floor, distributing the weight evenly. Stretch one arm forward taking care not to raise your head. Hold this position for 5 seconds and change. Repeat it 5 times.
