Irrational fear of being incommunicado

Nomophobia means "No mobile probe phobia", unfounded dependence when feeling anxious not to be communicated. The nomophobic feel they are "alone", because it is estimated that on average they check their phone more than 35 times a day.

This anxiety is derived from the separation and the need for physical and mental contact with what is stored on the phone: photos, contacts, notes, reminders, etc.
