1. If you have canned products, check that the cans are not crushed or swollen.2. Verify that the refrigerator and freezer are at the correct temperature, so that they keep the food.3. Freeze perishable foods, so you can reuse them later.4. Any food that is thawed can not be refrigerated again. That is, there ends his usefulness of life.5. Wash your hands before preparing food.6.
