The group is formed by the Mexican associations against Psoriasis, Cystic Fibrosis, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, the Fight against Cancer, Diabetes, the Mexican Foundation for Rheumatic Patients, the Multiple Sclerosis Network of Mexico and Rights Holders Living with HIV-AIDS.

Dr. Manuel Robles, of the Mexican Foundation for Rheumatic Patients, said that one of the objectives is to guarantee patients adequate treatments with innovative medicines, information and timely diagnosis to patients who are unaware of the condition and thus try to control it and avoid the disability they cause. .

The medicines that are distributed in the public sector are only a palliative for the disease, and they do not provide improvement in the quality of life of the patient, as well as represent higher costs for the sector itself, said the specialist.

This network is intended to guide citizens, and especially to patients who have suffered from discrimination, lack of attention and medication, so that they can file complaints and know their legal rights , both of the IMSS, as of the ISSSTE.
