Ingredients

  1. 200 milliliters of coconut milk
  2. Two tablespoons of low calorie sugar
  3. 80 grams of Greek yogurt
  4. 40 milliliters of skim milk
  5. Four grams of gelatin
  6. 120 grams of nuts
  7. Egg
  8. 184 grams of low fat cream
  9. Two tablespoons of honey
  10. Half sheet of gelatin

Preparation

Boil the coconut milk together with the skim milk and the sugar. Dissolve the gelatin in a little water and add to the mixture. Fill the base of some glasses and reserve in the refrigerator.

Lightly toast the chopped walnuts in the oven and chop half of them. Reservation.

Heat the honey and cream and empty into a mold, place the eggs and dissolve the half sheet of gelatin. Beat the mixture until it foams.
