5 rich and healthy drinks

Mango smoothie

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

3 cups of ice

1 cup of lemon ice cream

Chamoy powder

preparation:

Blend the ice, the liquid chunky and little powder, chili pepper, sugar and ice cream. Serve in glasses and decorate with powdered chamoy and a slice of lemon.

Lemonade

Ingredients:
2 lemons cut in quarters and without seeds
8 cups of cold natural water
Sweetener to taste

Ice cubes to taste

preparation:

Blend the lemon with half the water and sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained; it will be a little frothy and white. Strain and mix with the rest of the water. Serve in glasses with ice and decorate with slices of lemon.

Atole de elote

Ingredients:

6 tender ears of corn

1 ½ liters of milk

3 cups of sugar

3 buds

The grated orange 1

A pinch of cinnamon powder

preparation:

Flare the corn and liquefy them with milk, sugar and yolks. Strain and cook with the zest in a saucepan over medium heat. Move constantly until it thickens. Serve and decorate with powdered corn kernels or cinnamon.

Infusion of apple with cinnamon

Ingredients:

4 cups of water

1 slice of cinnamon

¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

4 apple apricots

1 ripe apple, washed and disinfected

preparation:

Heat the water in a medium pot; When it starts to boil, add the cinnamon and turn off the heat. Let stand for 3 minutes. Add the vanilla, let stand 2 more minutes and reserve. Chop the dried apricots and the apple. Add to the warm infusion and serve immediately.
