Ingredients for eight people

Cake

  • Eight individual cake molds
  • A pastry brush
  • 500 grams of semi-bitter chocolate, unsweetened tempered

Pumpkin mousse:

  1. 500 milliliters of non-fat, unsweetened soy whipping cream whipped to the point of snow
  2. Two cans of organic pumpkin filling and unsweetened
  3. Five drops of orange vegetable dye
  4. Half a teaspoon of ginger powder
  5. Half a teaspoon ground nutmeg
  6. Half a teaspoon of clove powder
  7. A teaspoon of vanilla seeds or vanilla essence
  8. One teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  9. One cup of granulated Splenda sugar substitute
  10. Half a cup of orange juice
  11. Chocolate to decorate

Preparation

Heat the chocolate in a bain-marie and a little before it is completely melted, remove from the heat and move vigorously until it is cold. Grease the molds with a little olive oil and remove the excess with a thick napkin.

In greased molds, place a layer of chocolate and freeze for three minutes, repeat the process three more times until a layer of chocolate is formed five millimeters thick. Release and reserve.

Beat the cream until it thickens, add the pumpkin, the condiments, the juice and the sugar substitute, add the coloring and mixing. Fill the cakes with this mixture and refrigerate.

Place a little melted chocolate in a pastry bag and cut the tip with a pair of scissors, form four circles one inside the other on the cake and pull sideways to form a spider's web. It serves. Enjoy it with a glass of milk.
