Ingredients

1. bitter chocolate, 100 grams (1 tablet)
2. caramelized orange peels, 150 grams
3. cocoa butter, 1 tbsp.
4. water, quantity needed

Preparation

1. Place the chocolate in a water bath with a little water, stirring constantly until it melts.
2. Add the cocoa butter.
3. Once melted, add the orange peels and stir slowly to bathe in the chocolate.
4. Remove and let dry on butter paper.
5. Take to the refrigerator until they take off.
