An article published in Biological Psychology, from Northwestern University (United States), assures that bisexuality in men is as consistent as heterosexuality or homosexuality.

Scientists from the University of Utah have followed for 10 years the lives of 79 non-heterosexual women who were between 18 and 25 years old when the research began.

The study, published in the magazine of the American Psychological Association, shows that after a decade, volunteers who considered themselves bisexuals continued to define themselves as such.

Celebrities who are bisexual

Despite the data and scientific evidence, bisexuality is not accepted, either by heterosexuals or homosexuals, adds Alfonso Antona.

"That is not a majority option does not mean it is something pathological or unacceptable," explains the sexologist. And he continues: "In our social context, it is very difficult to understand that people do not adjust to cultural corsets, based on social patterns.
