5 myths of anal sex

To have a pleasant sexual life should be removed taboos, as well as false beliefs that are some intimate practices. There are many myths of anal sex that prevent some couples from practicing it.

In an interview with GetQoralHealth, the obstetrician-gynecologist Alejandro Vázquez Alanís answer about myths of anal sex, in order to inform and shoot them down.

1.- Pain: According to a study by the University of Zagreb, the pain is caused by skin disorders; however, it can be reduced with the use of lubricants, caresses and body relaxation.

2.- Women do not like it. This myth is totally false. According to a study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine , 20% of women between 18 and 19 years have experienced it at least once in their life.

3.- Only practiced by people of the same sex. This practice has no distinctions of sexual orientation, profession or social class. The doctor Jack Morin, author of the book Anal Pleasure & Health, ensures that only half of homosexuals have tried it and less than 30% practice it regularly.

4.- Heterosexual men who practice it have covert sexual orientation. This is false. This idea prevents many men from repressing themselves to use the technique.

5.- It is an action that denigrates women. False. It is up to each person to accept the conditions for a full sexual life.
