10 tips against respiratory diseases

  8. Before performing activities to the fresh air or that imply a vigorous effort in exteriors, consult the quality of the air
  9. Avoid outdoor activities when there are less than five degrees of temperature
  10. If you have a fireplace at home, reduce its use

On the other hand, Health Secretary (Ssa) indicated that the changes of temperature that the city suffers will cause a rebound of 35% in the respiratory diseases .

Armando Ahued , the head of the unit, recommended the population to be vaccinated against influenza in the next few days, so that the protection takes effect in three or five weeks, just when the cold season will be more intense.

He explained that the Government of the Federal District has 773 thousand dose of vaccinations , which will be applied to the vulnerable population that are children under the age of five, people from the Seniors and women pregnant .
