To prevent abdominal fat and achieve a flat stomach, the best option is exercise, especially a "core" routine. This type of training helps you not only to strengthen and flatten your abdomen, but also to improve posture, reduce back pain and reduce the risk of injury.

ABS . Lie on the floor or carpet and place both feet on a wall until you get a 90 degree angle between your knees and hips. Lift your head and shoulders with your eyes up. Do 5 sets of 10 repetitions.

Arc. Stand face down on your knees and aligning your hands under your shoulders. Remember to keep your abdominal muscles contracted. Raise first the right hand, then the left, the right leg stretched and, finally, the left. Perform 5 repetitions.

Plate movement. Lie on your stomach and lift the upper part of your body by pressing on your forearms to form a straight line in your back. Stay in this position for 15 seconds.
