Ingredients:

2 cups of wheat flour

1 cup of natural fiber

1 1/4 cups of sugar

125 grams of butter

1/3 cup of warm water

3 tablespoons of orange blossom tea (prepared)

2 teaspoons of aniseed tea (prepared)

2 tablespoons of baking powder

Process:

1. In a plastic container dissolve the yeast at warm water . Add the flour necessary to make a paste of approximately 15 tablespoons and add the natural fiber . Make a ball with the pasta and let it ferment near the heat until it doubles its size (between half an hour, and an hour and a half).

7.
