Process

In four liters of water, add the onion, garlic, bay leaf, parsley, pore and carrot, and let this mixture boil for one hour. Then, remove it from the fire and strain.

Ingredients for 6 people

 

  • 9 baked toasts.
  • 3 cups dehydrated soy meat.
  • Olive oil.
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • Sea salt.
  • The juice of two lemons.
  • The juice of an orange.
  • Aromatic herbs.
  • Pepper to taste.
  • A cup of natural yogurt.
  • ½ kilo of panela cheese.

Preparation

In two glasses of water, boil the dehydrated soybeans. When it is soft, rinse it with cold water until the water comes out completely clean.


In a saucepan pour the juice of a lemon and orange and mix the soy in this mixture, for 5 minutes.


In a pan, pour a tablespoon of olive oil and when hot, add the onion, garlic, herbs and season with pepper and salt. Fry for 2 minutes.

  • 18 corn tortillas

  • 2 bananas male, green, peeled and cut into slices.
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped.

  • 1 cup of vegetable stock

Preparation of the mole

Boil water 3 glasses of water and when it is boiling pour the mole paste until it completely disintegrates, remove it from the fire and let it rest.
