How to prepare?

1. Practice burpees every day s. They are really lizards, but you must master them, because if you decide not to do some test of the Spartan Race, you must fulfill as punishment 20 to 30 burpees.

2. Work with kettlebells . The so-called kettlebells are a great investment in training equipment because they allow you to do many strength exercises, both for the upper body and the lower part.

3. Run in mixed terrain with many ups and downs. This is the best way to prepare to run on a track with natural obstacles. Hills, stairs, beach or even the unevenness of the treadmill.

4. Train with rare and large objects such as stones, sandbags or tires. Unconventional training for an unconventional career. The more familiar you are with moving, loading, pushing or manipulating foreign objects, the better your performance will be when you are tired.

5. Drink a lot of water. Hydration is one of the most important factors in any physical activity ; Remember that we are almost 80% water. To be competitive you need a hydration plan that starts weeks before the race, not just a few minutes before competing.

Some of the features of this footwear is that it contains state-of-the-art technology including the system H20 Drain System They are drainage ports arranged strategically in the upper part and in the midsole that allow the water to disperse quickly and easily.
