Gratitude is the memory of the heart

Do you know that all positive thoughts come from love and good? Just as we want the best for our children, like our creator, he wants the best for us: that we be happy and one way to achieve it is gratitude.

By giving us free will, the game of life begins, everyone is responsible for what happens. Consciously or unconsciously we all decide our destiny, choosing our experiences .

We learned to ask in the wrong way, we begged, we implored and we prayed to God to give us this or that thing or do us a favor. Behind these emotions there fear that does not reach us, do not touch us or we do not deserve it.

The correct way to ask is by thanking them in advance. In fact, gratitude, like enthusiasm, are the two highest emotions that bring us closer to the source.

The gratitude shows security, certainty that yes, that does touch me and that I deserve.

We were taught to be grateful to receive the favor and it is exactly the other way around, we must thank first, since behind this there is trust and love.

Remember that to attract a experience to your world:

1) You have to be clear that I want to a) I visualize it b) I thank you in advance, as if you were already living it.

Gratitude is the heart's memory. For this reason, I invite you to pay attention this week to the good of your life, in everything for which you are grateful.

You can make a "Thank You Journal" and write 10 things for which you are grateful. Pay attention to the good, what you have and what you enjoy, so you will become aware of all the blessings day by day.

This September 24 we started the Health Consciousness Course, visit our page www.concienciadesalud.com, where you can find the necessary information. It is a course that helps you to reprogram and learn to think well. Amorously: Martha Sánchez Navarro
