Deadly habits!

These actions are not isolated, they are part of our daily routine and their long-term consequences can be fatal. Although, what are the bad habits that most affect the Mexican population?

4. Skip meals. The habit of skipping a meal of the day affects health for various reasons. In addition to the gastritis and colitis that this habit might cause, staying fasting for many hours can lead to glucose intolerance and later -in more severe cases- diabetes.

5. Lack of physical activity . An analysis of the sports practice developed by the Center for Social Studies and Public Opinion (CESOP) of the Chamber of Deputies , indicates that in Mexico 80% of women and 62.5% of men do not perform any physical activity.
