Adermatoglifia the disease without identity

There is a rare disorder called adermatoglifia, in which people are born without Fingerprints , those who suffer it also tend to present a decrease or even total disappearance of the Sweat glands

In a study published in the magazine Journal of Human Genetics, Israeli scientists from Tel Aviv Souraski Medical Center consider that a genetic mutation is the culprit of this lack.

The researchers studied a Swiss family that suffered from this characteristic. The experts made a genetic analysis of each of the relatives and discovered that a mutation in the SMARCAD1 gene is the cause of the lack of fingerprints.

The footprints they are completely formed 24 weeks after fertilization and do not change the rest of life , but the factors that explain its formation are still unknown.

The work proposes that this finding will allow to understand the formation and development of the pi the general.
