6 hygiene tips to go to the gym

Undoubtedly, exercising is a great reward not only for our body, but for our mind, but sometimes we forget what to do when we are doing some physical activity, either in our home or social club, that's why we remember it here.

When you start your physical activity, remember:

1.- Clean the machine you use.

2.- Take with you a small towel to clean the sweat that you generate by the physical effort.

3.- Use clean and comfortable clothes.

4.- When you bathe, always use sandals.

5.- If you decide to go to a sports club or gym, where there is steam or sauna, remember to sit on a towel.

6.- Do not put hair that falls on the walls of the bathroom.

Remember that our habits at home, office or other places, speak a lot about who we really are. Take it into account!
