5 steps to change your figure ...

For the training expert Jessica Smith, Losing weight in a workout of only 15 minutes is possible if you combine the right techniques to speed up the metabolism. Therefore we present the following routine.

1. Heating. Stand with your feet apart, at your hip height and with your hands in fists in front of your shoulders. Start to descend, slightly flexing the knees and pushing the hips back.

2. Squats with dumbbells. In the same position as in the previous exercise. Push your hips back and bend your knees down to squat, the weights must reach the level of your calves.

3. Shoulders. Standing with your shoulders at hip height, lift the weights by bending your elbows and then stretching.

4. Abdomen. Load a pair of dumbbells, and stand with knees slightly bent and keeping the spine in the best position, breathe and tighten the abdomen while you bend forward; your body must form an L.

5. Strengthens legs and abdomen. Simulating the action of running your knees should get as close to your chest as possible.

For this training to be effective you must perform each exercise for 20 seconds with a rest, between each, of 10 seconds.
