5 lessons you learn from children

When we were little we laughed at incomprehensible things. Everything surprised us and our capacity for wonder was intact before the wonders of the world that surrounded us. We did not fear the risk, we wanted to know everything and we felt no shame when saying "I love you".

Claire Austen, yoga specialist , meditation and healthy living, has selected five things that we should learn from children to have a full existence:

1. Laugh more. Laughter never hurts. Not only because it makes you enjoy, but because it provides mental and physical well-being. It is proven that it acts as an antioxidant and exercises a good amount of muscles. You can laugh at anything, at a joke, in a game, during an unexpected funny situation, etc. Take life with humor.

2. Love more . Children tell their mothers and loved ones that they love them and make public demonstrations of affection at any time, while they go for a walk or see a movie, in the supermarket queue, etc. No matter the situation, it is always comforting to hear a "I love you" or a "I love you", or receive a hug, especially when it is unexpected.

3. Take more risks . When we are too young to know the consequences, we do not understand the meaning of the word "risk". Although you have to be cautious, it's worth occasionally riding a bike up a hill or telling a friend what you really think of him. There are definitely risks that are worth taking.

4. Be more curious . Children want to know everything and most things seem impressive to them because they are in a stage of discovery. Wondering with small things, like a huge tree or a beautiful landscape is a good way to not lose the ability to wonder. In addition, asking more and being interested in the world around you gives you a feeling of unequaled well-being, as well as increasing your knowledge.

5. Be lenient . The children always fight with their friends, brothers and relatives, but after a while they forgot the matter and turn the page.

Do not stay stuck in the past and forgive more is a good way to live in peace and in fullness with oneself. Now that we know, why not enjoy life more?
