Routine for hips and glutes

According to information published by The Huffington Post , the glutes are an important part of our body because they help us stabilize the hips, the spine, so they are very useful to improve our body posture.

With the following exercises to tone buttocks you will give your body better shape, but the best thing is that you can do them in just 30 minutes and from wherever you are.

Bridge. Lie on your back with your hands on your sides and legs flexed. Lift your hip, while raising one leg. Slowly return to the original position and change your leg. Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

Chest earth. Lie face down. Recharge all your weight on the elbows, forearms and tips of the feet. Stretches one leg up and returns to the initial position and changes leg. Make three sets of 15 repetitions.

Skater Destroying. Stand up right. Flex your right knee while you lean your body forward and lift your left leg back. Balance your body with your hands (one forward and one behind). Imagine if you were to skate. Do two sets of 12 repetitions.

Squat in suspension. Stand up straight with your legs open at hip height. Flex your knees until your buttocks are level with them. Stretch your arms in front to balance the body. Do three sets of 12 repetitions.
