Release emotions, key to a healthy mind

How do you release your emotions? Expressing our feelings and thoughts, whether negative or positive, is essential to have a good quality of life and maintain a healthy body and mind.

By releasing, through verbal or corporal language, all the accumulation of emotions that we have in our interior not only takes out pain or joy, but helps to narrate and write our own history.

Therefore, let's try to write with the body and the gaze what we can not say with the voice. It is not possible to be silent, we are always saying something and, therefore, there is listening and communication.

It is not about setting a message and expressing it, to trust someone to take it for granted, but to narrate. Tying with small threads the cried and laughed, bristling skin, the sweetness of a child and bewilderment. Build the story that you have not told us.

We are devoid of everything, there is nothing in the tangible that is eternal, there is no truth but that which is written.

When we do not have the facility to express it verbally, there is nothing left but to say it in some way. Perhaps when sitting on the stairs or chewing the bites twice, muttering a song while walking or returning to consents the rhythm of breathing.

We can also achieve this by making music with our feet under the desk or when we add spices to stews. No matter how we do it, the important thing is that we narrate with the body what the voice does not expose.

Only you are the only one who can choose the communication system that will help you release your emotions and write your story to have a happy and satisfying life.
