Protect your lungs

Although some people have problems in their lungs and consequently have difficulty breathing, doctors recommend that they exercise moderately to oxygenate their body. Take note:

1.- A practice of moderate exercise that includes breathing exercises such as yoga, helps you oxygenate and strengthen your lungs.

2.- Walking or jogging is also favorable, since it lowers blood pressure and improves circulation.

3.- Performing a physical activity allows you to feel better, sleep comfortably clean your entire body.

4.- It helps you strengthen your bones and you will feel more energized.

For all this and much more, do not forget to include exercise in your life, because although you have some disease, if you do it with moderation and low prescription and advice from a doctor, your health will improve dramatically.
