Preventive measures against a hurricane

Families must have their own program where a meeting point is specified and the route that each member must take. Here are some tips for acting before, during and after a hurricane lashes.

Before the hurricane

According to information from the Mexican Red Cross , the inhabitants of a population at risk of registering a hurricane must:

During the hurricane:

3. Close the interior doors and secure the exterior
4. Sit on the floor under a table or some heavy furniture
    

After the hurricane

1. Check that the people around you are in good condition Health

5. Do not drink or eat foods that are open or that are not washed or disinfected
