2 stems of aloe vera
Half avocado
1 capsule of vitamin E
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation

Extract the pulp from the stems of aloe vera, cutting them longitudinally and removing skin and thorns. Place in the bowl of the blender or mortar with avocado and olive oil. Crush well until it is perfectly homogeneous.
