7 tips for living with HIV

4. Integrate to your social world. Do not isolate yourself. Be happy with the people you love, the better you feel, you will increase your defenses and this will motivate you to fight daily to be better.

5. You can lead an active sexual life, as long as you use protection.

6. Make your five meals, all rich in vegetables, proteins, minerals and antioxidants.

7. Make a moderate physical activity, which allows you to relax, move and live better.
