12 tips to celebrate Christmas without extra kilos

According to the doctors of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) in the December's holidays one increases size , that is, on average each person goes up four kilos for the excess of food and dessertcitos that are ingested at this time.

  5. Lose a little weight before the holidays . This way you have a wide margin in case you go up one or two kilos, but do not trust yourself.

 

Avoid fasting

  1. Never go to a party on an empty stomach. Consume a fruit or vegetable one hour before leaving. This way you will not be so hungry when you arrive and it will be easier to control yourself.
  2. Recover your nutritional routine the next day . Avoid the famous reheating.
  3. Do not fast before the Christmas dinner , since at night you will eat everything you did not eat and it will be worse.
  4. Turkey is recommended if it is consumed in moderate amounts ; what is fattening is the filling, the sauce and the garnishes.
  5. If they give you cookies, chocolates or more food , save them to share at other times.
  6. If you are going to consume salads, do not add seasonings . Just a little olive oil or vinegar.
  7. In the mornings it consumes fruit with a little flaxseed , since in addition to flavoring your dishes, it is rich in fiber and omega 3. This helps you to purify the toxins of your body and enjoy a good digestion.
