Do you need a moment in silence?

Have you ever felt that everything in your world collides? What does not work out? What do not you know what to do? This is where silence can give you the answers, since it is a space that allows you to listen to the other as yourself.

Silence is, on some occasions, an emotional reaction to something difficult to say. It is necessary to find a new translation of our inner world. Noise, speaking to not say anything, makes it impossible for reflection to enter our lives.

There are different silences and these are usually promoted by emotions:

1. Silences to reflect . Necessary to look towards your inner world, to take care of yourself and protect you.
Aggressive They are those that are produced to keep the anger that feels like another.

2. Loving Provoked by the desire to listen to the other and make him protagonist of what he says.

3. Silence of emotional events. They have caused pain, whether real or imagined.

4. Secret. These are the most difficult because they deal with events that are embarrassing or hurtful. Silence about them can sometimes make the person sick.

"Silence says more than a thousand words" and it may be true. A silence can express an intense feeling like hatred or love, for that reason they are more feared.

However, the worst that can exist for a human being is internal silence. This can cause feelings of emptiness and uneasiness, occurs because it represses what it feels, at that time, to not feel invaded by ideas and negative affects silence the mind.

Silence is part of our life, you should not be afraid of it, knowing it can allow you to understand more about yourself.
