Breakfast includes bread and ham (up to two flakes), fruit (except banana, mango and melon); coffee only or with skim milk. Athletes can add a French omelette with one egg and the whites of two others.

The food arrives with cooked vegetables to accompany a main dish either fish, or poultry, or veal; even, lean pork meat baked or grilled. You can include a stew, without fat, once a week.

And dinner, the one that generally limits us, here comes with a chicken broth (in Mexico it would be a consommé), two slices of Iberian ham, in addition to a bit of meat or fish, and between 80 and 150 grams, and for dessert an ounce of pure dark chocolate.

Also, do not forget the snack between meals. Between breakfast and lunch a piece of fruit and a couple of nuts; in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner, you can include a decaffeinated coffee (only or with skim milk) or an infusion, a skimmed yogurt and a couple of nuts.

It is well specified that bread is allowed only at breakfast, and that you can drink natural water without limit. The consumption of red wine in this diet - hypocaloric, rich in fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins - is circumscribed to a 150 ml glass in the case of women and two glasses in the case of men, in both cases spread over the two meals
