10 tips to overcome emergencies in the home

  1. If you or someone in your family feels dizzy, nauseated or has a severe headache, do not hesitate to seek medical attention.
  2. Have fire, police and medical services emergency telephones in a visible place. Make digital copies of important documents such as birth records, identity cards, medical insurance and keep them in a USB in a safe place and at hand.
  3. Prepare an emergency kit for power outages or water, including bottled water, canned food, flashlight, batteries, first aid kit, blankets or blankets.
  4. Do not let children play in the kitchen, let alone be near the stove. Surely there will be pots and pans with boiling food.
  5. If a natural disaster occurs such as a tremor, turn off the gas, electricity and water.
  6. To avoid an outbreak of fire, do not overload the circuits, or connect too many devices to the same current.
