Olives for a good digestion

The olive is the fruit of the olive tree, constituting itself as a raw material for the extraction of the oil and / or production of the fruit for its consumption, which are beneficial for a good digestion .

The consumption of olives and virgin or pure olive oil is a healthy option, but it is recommended to do it in a moderate way. One teaspoon of oil, eight pieces of green olives or six black olives, equals 5 grams of fat and 45 calories.
