Propose universal medical coverage

President Felipe Calderón announced his intention to create a universal medical coverage system , which means that all the beneficiaries affiliated with the different insurances will have health services in any institution.

This means that they would be compatible with each other, andl Mexican Institute of Social Security, Institute of Security and Social Services of State Workers and Seguro Popular , so that if a beneficiary needs medical attention, he / she will be able to attend any hospital without distinction of which he / she is affiliated.

On his tour of the state of Michoacán, Calderón He said he will promote the integrated service of public health systems. "We want the different insurance we have, IMSS, Seguro Popular and ISSSTE to be compatible; that where there is a hospital of the IMSSS and not of the ISSSTE, the beneficiaries can be assisted in the safe and vice versa, "said the president, according to Publimetro publications.
