Mountain tea vs stomach pain

The arrival of each month, for many or most of the women, brings with it the appearance of discomforts associated with menstruation; those that not only generate discomfort, but also physical pains .

Some of us opt for fashionable solutions such as the consumption of certain medications, however, and despite the stigmas, plants are a natural, ideal and proven option. Within these is the mountain tea.

Among the main attributes of this tea is that of relieving physical pains as is the stomach and colic. For these discomforts cooking should be prepared as follows:

1. Boil about half a liter of water in a pot.

2. Add the branches with leaves (fresh or dried) to the water, and leave them there for a space of 3 to 5 minutes.

You have to make the preparation every time you go to eat. It is advisable that you take a cup before each meal to eliminate the discomforts, or every morning. The infusion can be sweetened with sugar or honey, this will allow it to be more digestible.
