Do not sleep in the office!

Sometimes people do not rest completely at night, so fatigue takes over during work hours, however, there are some techniques to avoid yawning or sleeping in the office. Know them!

According to information published in Journal du Net (JDN) so as not to fall asleep in the office, you should only have a good breakfast and practice these simple steps:

1.- Take a walk: Take a break for five minutes, walk and breathe deeply to oxygenate your brain. With this you will reactivate your mind and body to return and focus on your work.

2.- Ingests endorphins: A little dark chocolate will not fall badly, because by stimulating your nervous system you will wake up and give you some energy, thanks to the production of endorphins.

3.- Talk: A small talk with a partner will relax you and activate your physical and mental functions. Do not abuse time, just take five minutes to do it.

4.- Stretch yourself: Stretching exercises or acupressure reactivate circulation and your energy. You can massage the temples or the palms of your hands.

5.- Yawning: Do not repress this activity, however, do it with discretion. One of the reasons for this action is to oxygenate the brain that helps you activate your body.

6.- Siesta: Eat a little faster than usual and use about 15 minutes to sleep a little nap to recharge energy and successfully complete your workday.

7. Goodbye sugar: The sweets wake you, but after a few hours they produce heaviness. Choose a fruit or a healthy snack so you do not sleep in the office.

8.- Pleasant activities: Combine your work with a little music or review a photo that stimulates your mind.

9.- Atiéndete: If fatigue is not temporary and you fall asleep every day in the office, it is better to go to the doctor to rule out a deficit of vitamins, illness or a sleep disorder.

Make some physical activity to eliminate stress and speed up your mind. Also, do not forget to have positive thoughts that help you to avoid negativity and fatigue.
