1. Oatmeal

For many people it is impossible to resist the temptation to wake up with a good sugary coffee or finish the day accompanied by a sweet bread. Even when both habits increase body weight, and can be replaced by foods that replace sugar.

And the refusal to quit is found in sugar being addictive; stimulates in the brain the release of dopamine, a hormone that produces pleasure (in this case momentary).
