Your weekend is not refreshing

Is your weekend a good repair? It has not happened to you that after these 48 hours have elapsed, you return to your daily activities with more fatigue than usual or, simply with the sensation of not having enjoyed anything.

Beyond being a space for recreation and rest, the weekends have become a dead time, in which neither rests nor is unknown how they happened.

However, what are the mistakes that are made to not have a restful weekend? With information from The Huffington Post we tell you five of them:

1. Social jet lag. Social weekend events may require a totally different routine compared to the rest of the week.

Staying up late at night and then sleeping in the next day could cause you to feel more tired and make it harder to return to a normal sleep schedule. To avoid this, try to ensure that your sleep hours are not different from those of the week.

2. Eat in excess. The weekend is accompanied by the opportunity to go out to eat, have a few drinks or fall into the temptation of a dessert. What can not only cause physical discomfort but an increase in weight.

3. You never disconnect from the network. Being constantly connected can have a series of negative health effects; example, decreased concentration and high levels of sleep stress. To avoid them try to disconnect at least one afternoon and instead you can do a physical activity.

4. Catch up on work. According to Laura Vanderkam, author of the book "What successful people do on their weekend" indicates that before sitting in front of your computer to spend a Saturday afternoon to catch up on work, you must take into account that having a time of relaxation will make you more productive.

5. Do housework. Instead of planning and organizing all the things you have to do over the weekend, try to spend at least 30 minutes doing something you like.

Making a weekend a refreshing one is just a matter of learning to organize and prioritize.

Enjoy your time with those you love!
