Valerian is a medicinal plant that has healing and therapeutic properties, because it acts directly on the nervous system and helps regulate it.
Valerian roots are used, which you should let dry a couple of days if you get fresh. Then they are grated and put in a jar.
You can prepare infusion or grind it to make a powder, which you can dilute in water a teaspoon and take it preferably at night.
