There are days when you feel stressed and you do not know why, or worse, your days have been so fast that at night you can not relax to sleep; but that there is a natural remedy called Valerian.

Valerian is a medicinal plant that has healing and therapeutic properties, because it acts directly on the nervous system and helps regulate it.

How to take it?

Valerian roots are used, which you should let dry a couple of days if you get fresh. Then they are grated and put in a jar.

You can prepare infusion or grind it to make a powder, which you can dilute in water a teaspoon and take it preferably at night.
