It also promotes relaxation by increasing the flow of blood and oxygen to every part of the body. Some forms of yoga are meditation or the repetition of a relaxing sound or phrase.

You just need to stand on your back, with your eyes closed, your palms on your back, and concentrate on your breathing. This posture calms the mind, relieves anxiety, reduces high blood pressure and headaches.
