Why is emotional salary important?

We all dream of a work idea l, some of us study for it, others we can follow in search of, but frequently you can see yourself in the decision making between economy-happiness.

The emotional salary are the non-economic benefits that a worker obtains from the company, to incentivize the work environment and raise the productivity. This can be understood as incentives for personal needs, family needs, quality of life and organizational climate.

 

Why is emotional salary important?

When you find a job that makes you happy, where you can go every day in a good mood and are willing to give your best, your overall health improves and your body works much better.
