What is trisomy 13?

Victoria, the daughter of Puerto Rican singer Wisin, died this morning because of Trisomy 13, after having been in intensive care since birth.

However, Wisin and his wife Yomaira Ortiz, shared through Instagram the happiness of having shared beautiful moments with their little Victoria:
