What is a septic shock?

Journalist Julio Scherer García died early this morning, victim of a septic shock .

The weekly Proceso, of which he was a founder, reported on his news portal that around 4:30 in the morning the journalist died, after a little more than two years sick, mainly from Gastrointestinal disorders .

Next April he would be 89 years old.

Scherer García joined Excelsior at the dawn of the 40s in the last century, before he turned 18, and in this newspaper he built a brilliant career.

Just when he was 21 years old he already published in the evening Últimas Noticias and months later his signature appeared in Excelsior, at the head of informative notes, interviews and great reports, between 1949 and April 1976.

At age 42, on September 1, 1968, Julio Scherer assumed the leadership of the country's most important newspaper.

On his departure from Excelsior, on June 6, 1976, he founded the weekly Proceso, whose first issue appeared on November 6, 1976.

On December 7, 2014, one month before his death, he published his last text about the death of journalist and writer Vicente Leñero.

Scherer García has been considered one of the best Mexican journalists in the history of this work. He studied Law and Philosophy at the UNAM.

 

What is a septic shock?

Any type of bacteria causes septic shock and affects any part of the body such as the heart, brain, kidneys, liver and intestines.
